About This Piece
This cockerel pin brooch features a decorative composition centred on a polished black onyx panel. Two stylised cockerel heads face inward toward the central design, with emerald accents forming the eyes and an amethyst positioned between them to create a striking focal point.
Inspired by the flowing natural motifs associated with Art Nouveau design, the brooch combines sculptural animal forms with ornamental gemstone detailing. Marcasite stones add subtle brilliance across the design, while a cultured pearl drop suspended beneath the onyx introduces movement and an elegant finishing element.
