We ship by UPS or other recognised trackable couriers such as Royal Mail and they require a telephone number and a full address which is not a PO BOX.
We can offer bespoke engraving on most sterling silver designs at an extra cost as indicated.
Engraving may increase the order processing time by up to five working days.
Please note that items which have been engraved cannot be exchanged or refunded.
If the customer wishes to return an item, they must notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt and ship the item to us using a registered and tracked service at their own cost.
