We ship by UPS or other recognised trackable couriers such as Royal Mail and they require a telephone number and a full address which is not a PO BOX.

We can offer bespoke engraving on most sterling silver designs at an extra cost as indicated.

Engraving may increase the order processing time by up to five working days.

Please note that items which have been engraved cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Refunds on non-customised items are subject to the item being received back in pristine condition as dispatched. Images of all items being dispatched are recorded for purposes of quality control.

The cost of our original shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Buyers are responsible for any local government charges such as customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs and broker clearance.
