This panther brooch presents a striking feline form set with a large mother of pearl panel, accented with marcasite stones and emerald eyes. The lustrous surface of the mother of pearl forms the body of the panther, while the marcasite detailing adds texture and subtle brilliance to the sculpted design.
Inspired by the dramatic jewellery of the 1930s, the design reflects the bold decorative character associated with the celebrated Windsor style. The stylised panther motif captures a sense of movement and strength, combining natural form with ornamental stonework to create a distinctive brooch.
