This gold-plated robin brooch pendant is designed to be worn either as a pin or as a necklace. The robin on branch motif is finished in textured gold tone and set with red and green Swarovski crystal accents, bringing measured colour to its detailed bird form.
The piece is inspired by the childhood ritual of watching for the first robin of the year: a pause between winter and spring, and a moment to notice what is returning. Robins also hold personal significance for the designer and founder, whose mother favoured the bird. Here, that sentiment is carried in a design associated with renewal, hope and new beginnings.
A pin back and attached chain allow the piece to move easily between a coat, scarf or knitwear and pendant wear. It measures approximately 1.5″ x 1.5″ and is supplied with an 18″ chain and 2″ extender. The original client stamp reads Ebuni.
